Please read these terms carefully before booking any session
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ASSETBYSATISH's website and services, operated by FAUMI Education and Training Private Limited. By booking any session, purchasing any program, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FAUMI Education and Training Private Limited. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
01About Our Services
ASSETBYSATISH offers the following services:
- ₹99 Live Demo Session — a paid introductory online training session
- Full Soft Skills & Employability Training Programs
- Public Speaking & Communication Coaching
- GD, Interview & Campus Placement Preparation
- Personal Branding and Profile Building for Higher Education
- Premium Placement Support through AaoSeekhe
All sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet unless explicitly stated otherwise.
02Eligibility
Our services are open to:
- Students aged 16 and above enrolled in colleges or universities
- Working professionals seeking career advancement
- Individuals from India, Nepal, Bhutan, and internationally
By booking a session, you confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria and that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
03Booking & Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment
- Payment is processed securely through Razorpay
- Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Batch seat confirmation is sent via email/WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment
- We reserve the right to change prices with prior notice
- The ₹99 demo fee may be adjusted against the full program fee at our discretion
04Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be satisfied. Here is our refund policy:

⚠️ Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the session date to krati@aaoseekhe.com. Requests submitted after 7 days will not be considered.
05Rescheduling Policy
- You may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before your batch date
- Rescheduling is subject to availability of upcoming batches
- A maximum of one reschedule is permitted per booking
- Rescheduling requests must be sent to krati@aaoseekhe.com or +91-7460011871
06Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to:
- Behave respectfully towards the trainer and fellow participants
- Not record, screenshot, or share session content without written permission
- Not disrupt sessions through inappropriate language or behaviour
- Use their real name and identity during sessions
- Not share their session link or access credentials with non-registered individuals
⚠️ Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the session without refund and potential ban from future programs.
07Intellectual Property
All content delivered during ASSETBYSATISH sessions — including training materials, presentations, worksheets, frameworks, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of FAUMI Education and Training Private Limited and Satish Anand.
- You may not record sessions without prior written consent
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell our training content
- Personal notes taken during sessions are for your personal use only
- Testimonials given by participants may be used by us for marketing purposes
08Certificates & Credentials
- The ₹99 demo session does NOT include a certificate
- Certificates are issued only upon completion of the full program
- Certificates are issued under ASSETBYSATISH / AaoSeekhe, ISO 9001:2015 certified
- Certificates are digital and sent via email within 7 working days of program completion
- We do not guarantee job placement but provide best-effort placement support
09Limitation of Liability
ASSETBYSATISH and FAUMI Education and Training Private Limited shall not be liable for:
- Career outcomes, salary packages, or job placements (results vary by individual)
- Technical issues on the participant's end (internet, device, power)
- Decisions made by participants based on training content
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services
Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
10Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We encourage you to reach out to us first — most issues can be resolved amicably through direct communication.
11Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
